  • Sound Healing

    Steph Choyce is a certified Reiki master, yoga teacher, meditation guide, and sound healing practitioner focused on creating access to nurturing care for women and anyone on the parenthood journey. She is also trained as a trauma-informed facilitator for group sessions, and earned a certificate in Perinatal Mental Health & Mood disorders from Postpartum Support International. Steph offers 1:1 sessions and group reiki + movement + sound classes in the Hudson Valley & NYC to support wellbeing for women, mothers and anyone birthing something new! She is passionate about the power of sound and moving energy through the body, and exploring how we all have the power to be our own healers.

  • Yoga

    Carie Salberg, is a 500 hour certified yoga instructor who received her certification through Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Kripalu’s philosophy teaches that yoga is not just poses on a mat. It is a lifestyle and practice that inspires connection, compassion, and joy.

    Carie has been teaching locally in the Hudson Valley for more than ten years. She has primarily been teaching private one-on -one classes since the pandemic. She is compassionate and excited to bring the community back together in person for quality experiences of sharing true connection and energy.

  • Group Acupuncture

    Megan Crouse, LAc, MSTOM, is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist specializing in women’s health. She received her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is the co-owner of “Modern Roots Acupuncture” alongside her husband and fellow acupuncturist, Rory Crouse. Megan loves helping women of all ages and in all stages of life feel their very best. She supports women in their unique fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum journeys, focusing on bringing balance to their physical and emotional health. Megan also has experience working as an acupuncturist in labor and delivery settings to promote ease and comfort throughout labor. Megan has her private practice at the beautifully renovated Clovelea building, and enjoys offering community acupuncture in peaceful group settings.

  • Herbalism + Storyteller

    Autumn Fox is an essayist and herbalist who is passionate about facilitating intentional relationship-based and nature-inspired experiences through storytelling. She hopes to build out a unique caregiver-child program, parent garden circles and monthly generative writing workshops at Clove Lea. Through these gatherings, her intention is to provide a space for people to come together in a supportive and nurturing atmosphere that fosters creativity, friendship and growth.

  • Tarot

    Tarot

    Laura Paskell-Brown uses tarot combined with somatic therapy for those who are slowing down, waking up and recovering from burnout. A former birth doula, she does a lot of work with women who are trying to have babies, are pregnant with babies, are parenting babies or have lost babies. She can offer individual healing sessions, run tarot workshops and add her services to other people’s offerings, etc. She would also love to help establish a thriving mummas group that meets weekly and is based on the principles of radical consent and the mother’s sanity at all costs.

  • Art as Therapy

    Art as Therapy

    Coryn Nadeau is licensed & board certified art therapist by NY State Standard and is certified in offering perinatal (pregnancy & postpartum) mental health support. I use creative arts practices (art, music, movement) to express, embody and explore different social-emotional themes.

    She facilitates expressive arts therapy, well-being & social-emotional learning skills to children, teens & adults through 1:1 and group experiences. She leads with a humanistic, holistic, relational and person-centered approach & is an expert workshop facilitator.

  • Massage

    A massage therapist and certified birth and end-of-life Doula, with a focus on women’s health. In Clovelea, she offers baby massage classes combining pregnant couples and parents with infants.

  • Lactation consultant

    A lactation consultant who works with LeLeche League providing classes on feeding and has an ongoing toddler meeting.

  • Massage

    A doula turned massage therapist who offers prenatal massage. At Clovelea, she offers baby massage and couples massage workshops.
